Exceeding potential: Feeding the 5000 & Activities Week -聽Last Sunday鈥檚 Gospel from Luke recounted the Feeding of the Five Thousand (Lk 9:11-17). In this well-known extract, the Twelve Apostles were astounded that Jesus鈥� blessing enabled them to feed the huge crowd with only five loaves of bread and two fish, exclaiming that 鈥渁ll ate as much as they wanted, and when the scraps remaining were collected they filled twelve baskets鈥�. We often underestimate how much is possible and what we are truly capable of until we stretch our boundaries and are willing to take responsible risks.
